Payment fails, charges user pro-rating & membership cost
When a user's payment fails, then goes to add a new payment method. The user is then charged what looks like a pro-rated amount and then charged the renewal amount.
setup fee skipped if payment has issue
We had a customer have their card declined due to SCA - they then re-logged in 2 days later to retry payment and there were only charged the monthly fee and not the setup fee, effectively they have avoided paying the setup fee.

Page needs refreshed twice to show updates
When updating from within the Memberstack app, the member object doesnt get updated on the website until its refreshed twice. More info can be found here. https://community.memberstack.com/c/community-support/remove-caching-on-specific-pages-fields-in-webflow#all_comments
1) The problem → export failed 2) Why is this important → cant export members 3) What's your plan B → use api, but would take way more time 4) Possible solutions we could build for you → fix it?
Email is "taken" when adding a member, but doesn't show up when being searched
When I search up two emails, they show up as taken, but not when I "search" for the the two emails.
Numbers in custom fields do not update
When adding a custom field with a number in the title, the custom field doesnt update when using a custom profile form. This can be seen here https://community.memberstack.com/c/ask-questions/some-profile-items-can-t-be-updated
Broken free trials
1) The problem → I have a membership plan with a free trial, but members are getting billed immediately. They are signing up directly paid for a paid membership. 2) Why is this important → I need to issue refunds and convince people I wasn't trying to rip them off. It's misleading and unacceptable. 3) What's your plan B → We were doing the free trial via coupon before you released the trial feature in house. The problem with that is it screws up the data in Stripe, since trial users are then counted as subscribers and incorrectly included in MRR calcs.
