Broken free trials
1) The problem → I have a membership plan with a free trial, but members are getting billed immediately. They are signing up directly paid for a paid membership.
2) Why is this important → I need to issue refunds and convince people I wasn't trying to rip them off. It's misleading and unacceptable.
3) What's your plan B → We were doing the free trial via coupon before you released the trial feature in house. The problem with that is it screws up the data in Stripe, since trial users are then counted as subscribers and incorrectly included in MRR calcs.
