Problem → Coupon "redeem by date" when creating/updating coupons is set to users timezone.

When a member applies a coupon, our server time is what is used which has the potential to be a different timezone.

Good news, this bug has been fixed🎉

I had a client use a coupon code on the date it was set to expire, and the coupon didn't work. Assuming it was due to a time zone issue, whereas the system time zone is ahead of our and the clients time zone (PST).
