2) Why is this important → We would like an inbox where our clients and contractors can contact each other directly
3) What's your plan B → Possibly checking out Sendbird or similar chat API SDKs
4) Possible solutions we could build for you → Possibly create an integration or own chatbox

Hi all! We're unlikely to be building this in-house. I'd recommend looking into a service like Memberchat for this.
